Is my Personal and Payment Information Safe?

Love Life Feel Good protects your personal information and never stores your credit/debit card information on our serves. Your credit/debit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault.

As a user, you should help maintain the safety of your personal information and purchasing history by opting for a strong password containing letters, numbers and symbols and with sufficient length. We will do our part by safeguarding the information you have provided. We will never pass your personal information into third parties.

Returns

Goods can be returned within 14 days of receiving an item.

Unwanted goods must be returned in an unused, as new condition. If the item is found to be altered, or used beyond what is reasonably expected, the refund may not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for the return postage fee.

Please ensure the product is properly packaged on return. If the product is found to be damaged in transit upon return, you will be liable for the diminished value of the goods.

Once the product has been received and it’s condition confirmed, Love Life Feel Good will refund the amount (equal to the purchase value) in the form of store credit or as a cash refund to the original payment card/paypal accounts. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to the processed once the item is received.

Some products may not be eligible for return due to the nature of the product. Limitations:

JewelryPierced Body items such as earrings for hygiene reasons.

Health & Beauty  Due to hygiene and health & safety reasons

Personalised or Tailoermade Items  Returns will not be accepted for goods that are made to thecustomer’s specification or are clearly personalised.

Furniture Self assembly products that have been partially or fully assembled may not be accepted. Products must be undamaged and unused.

Refunds – Faulty Items

If a product does not work as advertised you can apply for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item.

The customer is responsible for the return postage fee.

All items are subject to a processing period before they are shipped. Most orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days of payment. You will receive an email when your items have been shipped.

In order to offer you the best possible pricing, we partner with suppliers around the globe. Due to this, please allow a maximum of 2-3 weeks for your order to be delivered, and always remember you're backed by our 100% Delivery Guarantee.


Household accessories and most jewelry items should be delivered within 11 – 21 days of shipping date. For other specialty items, please allow up to 28 days delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries. Please note delivery times increase around holidays.


International orders shipped to Canada and other non-US countries might take longer, depending on the country they are shipping from. Orders shipped from within the United States take between 5 and 10 days to be delivered.

Whilst we strive to source products only from US based suppliers, some of our specialty items are shipped from countries such as UK, China, Canada and Hong Kong. 


All custom print products are printed and shipped from US-based suppliers.

In some cases, in order to continue passing savings on to our customers, some of our products ship without a tracking number. However, your orders have a 100% delivery guarantee.

So if for some reason you don't receive your order within the specified time frame specified above, send us an email and we'll issue either a refund or send a free replacement. If your tracking number shows that the order was delivered, but you claim not to have received it, we will offer a replacement (at our discretion, on a case to case basis).

When shipping items from international suppliers, it takes several days for the tracking numbers to show up as valid in the USPS website.

Products might be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving your products.
